Nominations are open!

Please read over the Nominations, Character Tags, and Worldbuilding tags sections of the info post – that has the full rundown on tags and nominating. Tagsets from previous rounds are also linked from the info post if you want inspiration.

Once you’ve done that, go to the tagset and start nominating!

Key things to know:

• You are not committing to participating in the exchange by nominating.
• You must have an AO3 account to nominate.
• Please copy- paste fandoms directly from the fandom list rather than typing them in manually. 
• Do not use piped tags.
• You can nominate up to five fandoms. Each fandom can have up to 20 character tags and 10 worldbuilding tags.
• Use the disambiguations from the fandoms list unless you are sure a character is only in one fandom.
• Check the tagset before you nominate to make sure you’re not duplicating tags that are already in there!
• Character groups should be listed in alphabetic order.
• Characters not in the same fandom must be nominated under the Crossover fandom.
• Check your nominations for accuracy before submitting - are the characters names correct? (Make sure auto-correct did not pull any tricks, and that you did not agree to an AO3 suggestion that you did not mean, such as Fingon for Finrod.) Have you used a fandom abbreviation if one is needed?
• Watch this space – if we have any questions about nominated tags, we will post about them.(We do not see who has nominated what, so we can’t contact you directly.) We will not guess about unclear nominations - if no one gets in touch with us to clarify, the mystery tag will not go into the tagset.
