Posting with possible tag set issues, as requested. Some of these could well be intentional, but I wanted to bring them up just in case.

The Hobbit - J. R. R. Tolkien

-There are a few characters who could logically be in this book but are disambiguated with (LotR Books), so I just wanted to check that they go here:

Belladonna Took (LoTR Books)
Dís (LotR Books)
Thranduil (LoTR Books)

-Is Durin the Deathless meant to go here? He seems to be wandering.

The Lord of the Rings - J. R. R. Tolkien

-Just to check, are these characters meant to go here?

Alatar (Tolkien) (He's also under Silm, though I could see a case for putting him in either or both.)
Bandobras "the Bullroarer" Took meant to go here?
Durin the Deathless
Elendil's Wife
Pallando (Tolkien)

-Lindórië (Tolkien) is misplaced from the Silm

The Silmarillion and other histories of Middle-Earth - J. R. R. Tolkien

-I think these characters belong in LOTR-books?

Araphor (Tolkien)
Eldacar of Gondor

-Ereinion Gil-galad (LoTR Books): It would make sense for him to go in the Silm, but I wanted to check because of the disambiguation.

-Finvain (Tolkien): I thought this was an alternate name for Írimë Lalwen (who is also in the tag set)?

-These characters are under both Silm and LOTR: is that intentional?

Gilmith (Tolkien)
Mithrellas (Tolkien)
Nimrodel (Tolkien)

-Meril: Is this a different person from Meril-i-Turinqi (also in the tag set)? I have a vague recollection that this was a name for Finrod's wife in an earlier version. If a different character from Meril-i-Turinqi is meant, I think it would be less confusing to have some sort of disambiguation on Meril.

-Tar-Elmar: I believe this is a typo for Tal-Elmar.

The Hobbit (Jackson Movies)

-Thorin III Stonehelm (Jackson): Far be it from me to keep anyone from having their obscure favorites in the movieverse, but I can't help wondering a little if they meant to click on Thorin Oakenshield? (Who is not in the movie tag set, surprisingly enough.)
